Returns

You must within 5 business days of delivery advise us in writing of the return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The product must be returned within 10 business days of delivery. The product is returned at your own risk and expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days of the return of the product. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policy.
